    They update the menu so you csn try different things. Clean and good bargains with coupons

    I had no intention of being a jerk when I walked into this store but BOY did I ever leave as one.

    At 6:50 PM from Kandricka we ordered 2 combo meals $14.99 (time, name, and from the receipt). She was not a charming host but that was ok as we are used to meh service at this store. While we were waiting on our order I decided I wanted to add 2 turnovers which were rung up at 6:54 PM by the same host.

    At 6:57 the guy that ordered after me got his food and left. No problem I guess that my potato cakes were taking longer to cook. I looked over at the fry area and there were my potato cakes and our order of fries just sitting.there. At this point, I ask Kandricka if there was a problem and she completely ignored me would not even turn around or speak to me.

    Finally after a couple of minutes to try to get her to acknowledge my existence a tall skinny boy came from the back asking what the problem was. I explained to him what was going on and he started pulling our order. Now Kandricka starts talking to him, he then turns and looks at me and walks off.

    Now I went from annoyed to full fledge pissed off and demand to speak to a manager. With this, Kandricka and the skinny boy both completely ignore me.

    As this was going on, the guy that ordered a good 5 minutes after we did was handed 3 or 4 completely full bags. He looks at me, with a smile, and says “I hope you get to eat one day”.

    Now is when I become a jerk and start pretty much yelling for a manager. This is when skinny boy tells me “Sir, you need to calm down” in a very condescending voice. This made me even madder.

    Finally some shift leader girl comes out, and asks “what’s the problem”. I inform her of what was going on (she was only standing on the other side of the make table so she heard everything). At this point, I tell her just to give me my money back that I had no desire to eat anything from this store and definitely did not want this store to have any of my money.

    She refunds my money with no apology of any type and we walk out.

    This store has always had bad service but this was BLINKING ridicules. She could have cussed me and hit me and I would have not been as mad as being blatantly ignored.

    I’ve enjoyed Arby’s for around 40 years but sadly I doubt I will ever go back to any of their stores

    This is completely management’s fault for allowing this kind of behavior from their employees. I doubt very seriously that I am the first to be treated this way by Kandricka and Skinny Boy.

    Like I said, I had no desire to be a jerk at this store but boy did I ever leave as one.
