- Belinda AllenderDec 20, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Doa was sweet and her temperament earned the salon a star more than the service deserved. I requested the relaxation shampoo and deep condition. The relaxation shampoo was less than 5min and I am not sure she got my entire head wet. The conditioner was only placed on the very ends ( my hair is thick, bushy, and curly from top to bottom) and more on left side than right. Not really the pampering treatment I had in mind.
Worse of all, she blew my hair dry just enough to really frizz it out so that I walked out looking like I had taken a bath with a toaster. Girlfriend I was with had a great laugh and teased that I should sue.
I tipped her generously considering the service but feel obliged to warn other ladies with thick, coarse, long hair to avoid getting ripped off. With tip, the misadventure to Budget Cuts cost me $55.
