  As a former dental assistant, I cannot stress enough that this clinic is not operating according to HIPPA and State Board of Dental Examiners guidelines.
  
  This was our first visit. They took my daughter back for x-rays. I could not attend because I'm pregnant. After her x-rays, they proceeded to exam my 5 year old daughter in a separate room while I sat in the lobby without being notified. I sat in the waiting room asking the receptionist if they were ready for me. Instead of the doctor discussing his recommendations with me, the office manager came to the lobby window with my daughter's chart and began discussing her personal information through the public lobby window. I asked to speak with the doctor and the office manager rudely walked away, ignoring me.
  The doctor walked out into the lobby trying to discuss our personal information again. I asked him why they examined my daughther without calling me back. He first blamed his staff then said, well, we didn't keep you from coming back. (Seriously???) The only positive thing I can say is that they dental assistant and the receptionists were very accommodating. This was our first and last visit.
