    I generally don't have issues with this location. We order online and go pick it up. Last night was the first time we've had a problem. Ordered and paid online, but when I got there they charged me again and not remembering we paid online, I paid for it again. Then they couldn't find the pizza. It was in the system and the website said the pizza was ready, but it wasn't made. During this time I had to listen to the employee who cuts and boxes the pizza complain about being so busy, accuse me of not placing the order at the right location and try to push of a sandwich as my order. He was very loud and obnoxious, which in a tiny store makes a bad experience even more annoying.

    BUT the manager took care of me. He refunded both charges and gave me the pizza, along with cinnamon sticks for free. He was pleasant and sincere.
