  This branch is the worst one ever! I have only had one 6 month term policy with them but the policy was complete bullshit. The staff doesn't know what they are doing 99.9% of the time. If you ask for a hold on a payment that is scheduled to come out be sure to call your bank and tell them to reject the payment because this branch will tell you they canceled your payment but really didn't thus leaving you with an overdraft account and a overdraft charge. This has happened to me twice. I can't deal with this branch anymore. Farmer's itself is not a bad insurance company just this branch is very dysfunctional and will blame you for their screw ups. If you want Farmers insurance then get them but do not let this branch handle your policy you will run into some sort of issue every month around payment time. It will always go up for some reason they never communicated with you about.
