  Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. Would not recommend to anybody looking for a new doctor.
  
  I made an appointment for a simple yearly woman's wellness exam. When I arrived, the building itself was well kept, clean inside & out. I go to the window, give my information, & wait. Now, granted, I probably only waited about 15-20 minutes to be seen by Dr. Donovitz' daughter, which I appreciated. However, from this point on is when everything begins to go horribly, horribly wrong.
  
  I'm given a room & my dressing to change into. I was given no instructions on how to put on the gown, only a vague "it wraps around on the side." Oookaaaayy then. I put it on (wrongly) & the doctor & nurse come in, immediately laugh at my mistake, & then proceed to help me with fixing the gown.
  
  I, then, inform the doctor of a medical issue that I've suffered with in the past & that I've felt the same pain again, in the same area. She proceeds to tell me to wait until I feel the pain again, then recall & book another appointment to look into it. I literally just told you I'm in pain, why do I have to go home, wait, then call back? If you're booked that day, fine, but I do I really have to wait for the pain to return to see if I'm okay? You can't book me an appointment on site? Unacceptable.
  
  The doctor finishes her tests, grabs her stuff, & tells me it'll be 5-7 days until I get my lab results back, & to expect a call. Okay cool. Except that it's been over a month & I haven't heard squat, good or bad, from the office.
  
  The only thing about this office that really deserves the star I gave is the older, skinny, white bloodwork attendant -- I don't remember your name but you rock.
  
  Tldr; don't bother with this one. It's a waste of time. Find a doctor who actually cares about their patient's wellbeing.
