    Went through Home Depot as they sell they A/C units i need installed. I have placed two calls with Home Deport, both were transferred to J&S which answered promptly. The problem is they claim "someone will call you back in 30 minutes. Well almost two days later I missed a call from someone with J&S so I tried to call back immediately and got his voicemail. Waited another five business days and called back and mentioned no one ever follow up with me and once again told someone would call me right back...it has now been four days and no call
