- Megan AlvaradoFeb 28, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I can see why they are rated 1 star now. Called ahead to check what department store they were closest to because I was in a time crunch. The associate says Macy. I park next to Macy and walk RIGHT BY JCPENNY on the way to the store. Told the cashier and she just nods and says "yea its JCPenny" I said "Oh I spoke with someone on the phone and she said Macys. You might want to make sure your team knows." (as nicely as I possibly could. And she didn't say anything back! Just had a snarky look on her face. Anyway, aside from that but out of their control, the store is in desperate need of a remodel and some TLC. Maybe a better, peppier staff too.
