  What makes food good?? It's taste and freshness! Am really disapointed, they gave me very old rice, very dry, very crunchy, yellowish, most of looked and tasted horrible, beef teryaki was all about borocoli and a couple of peices of meat! And when I told the lady that's a huge amount of broccoli, she said this is they it's made! I talked to one of the employees about the rice issue, she asked me if I want to speak to the cook and she offered to replace the rice, then a young guy interfered, I did not know if he was the manager or not, I told him what happened, he offered me to replace the rice too with fresh from the back. By the time they gave me my new rice I lost my appetite! Then i tried to speak to him one more time, he apologized and said the rice has been sitting there for a while, I asked him why are you still selling it then!? He said that they have to finish the rice they have in the front first before bringing the new fresh rice! That sounded really unprofessional! I appreciate that he apologized, but he could have done a better job! I don't think am going to this store anymore, I won't even recommend it! Give your employees more customer service trainig Panda Express!
