  I would probably give Vision Expo 5 stars if the quality of their service hadn't declined in the last couple years. I've been going to Vision Expo for 10 years! This year was my LAST visit here, I'm so disappointed. I mean, why wouldn't I even get the courtesy to be asked if I wanted to see their New doctor instead of one of the senior staff? Also, I was told that my insurance couldn't be verified until Monday, so I would pay out of pocket $55 for the exam. I probably heard them say the amount $55 at least 4 times before I went back for my exam. So, yes I was explained about the financials very well. Well, when the time came to pay they told me that I had to pay $95 additional because of the contact exam. So I paid $155!!!!!!! I did not purchase or order contacts or glasses, this was because if you get a contact exam you are "REQUIRED BY LAW" to also charge for the exam for glasses. NOT EXPLAINED before I went back for the exam. I have referred so many people to this place, I have been a patient here for 10 damn years, when you were located in front of the parks mall! Who cares about patients, right? You just want the money, maybe to move to an even nicer rental space where you can no accept my discount vision plan because you have your own (issue 2 years ago with my previous plan).
