    The staff was great! Super speedy service. Very accommodating. They knew I was on my way to work and needed a new battery. A "key turn" was needed for the exchange and a CSM was called. She responded immediately... Then we waited.... And waited... And waited... And waited some more. After 10 min, I said something. The staff called again for a CSM. Then we waited some more... 5 more minutes. Then called again... 7 more after that. Really??? Should have NEVER taken that long. Get a CSM that works in automotive. Was an hour late to work...
